What does my soul want to say today?
Listen to your flesh suit, it is your vehicle through life that allows you to be in the physical. Your flesh suit was created just for you on this soul adventure through a human experience. It was made perfectly imperfect to allow you to have the correct experiences that are just write (right) for you. You focus so much as a group on what you cannot do or change in this world and this life, but what if life is about taking what you already have being grateful for it, then living the best life you possibly could. How different would your life look then? How differently would you show up for yourself and others? Do you have the space to hold yourself there? Are you willing to make space to hold yourself there? What would you choose to create from this point of view? What happens if you let your soul shine if just for a minute? Who do you allow to see you shine? Do they choose to shine with you? Do they help you shine a bit brighter? Do you help them shine a bit brighter? How would the world be different if we all shined together?
How would the world be different if we were taught to love and respect our flesh suits and not criticize them and hate them for what they cannot change at this moment? How do you express love towards your flesh suit? How does it feel after a homemade scrub or a cup of tea? Or a good stretch. Where can you find love to fill up your cup too? Can you create it within yourself or do you still need a lifeline?
